Refunds and Returns
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your goods, as judged by the Postal Service tracking information. Refunds will only be made for the cost of your product and will not include the cost of shipping said item to you. Refunds will be reimbursed via the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our site for the following reasons:
- Good is broken; or
- Good does not match description
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
- Any used soaps, or used skincare items.
Returns
Returns are accepted on items that are unused, and in original packaging.
Returns can be made by mail. Email bhumika@bybhumika.com to begin return process. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack products in safe and stable packaging to prevent breakage. Ship to By Bhumika Inc. with the necessary postage paid by you. By Bhumika Inc will not cover return shipping costs.
Returned items will not be replaced or refunded.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted for 2 days after completing your purchase, after which time, purchases will not be refunded.
